A Good, Girly Time!
Yesterday I was blessed with a baby shower thrown by some of my dearest friends. It was perfect in every way. One of the friends has an eye for details...she did not mess around in the decorating department. Earlier in the day, I had gotten emotional while I was getting ready. I couldn't believe I was having a baby shower! It was a moment and event that I never got to experience with Lydia and a reality-check, in a sense, this time around. This is actually happening! I will be bringing a baby girl home, God-willing, who will use and be adorable in the many sweet, girly things that others have provided for her. The whole day was just humbling for me.
Thank you to the amazing ladies in my life who came to be a part of such a special day for me and baby girl. It meant so much to me!!
